The trade union of Changchun Prosperous Stamping Co., Ltd. was established in March 2008, with more than 200 union members. It has successively established four committee functional organizations, including the "Fund Review Committee", "Women's Committee", "Labor Dispute Mediation Committee", and "Labor Security Supervision and Inspection Committee". And selected comrades with strong work ability, credibility among employees, and the ability to fulfill relevant responsibilities in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the trade union as directors and committee members of various functional departments. There are currently 20 union cadres who are fulfilling the responsibilities of union work in their respective positions.

        Our union has always adhered to the concept of "people-oriented, safe production". Every important celebration, meeting, or traditional festival of the company. Our union insists on carrying out corresponding cultural and sports activities or condolences. Greatly enriching the cultural life of employees.

On the eve of the Spring Festival, our union also conducts assistance activities for difficult employees in enterprises, and offers corresponding condolences for seriously ill and extremely poor employees, receiving unanimous praise from company employees.

In terms of ensuring the legitimate interests of employees, our union has also taken active actions, organizing and participating in the "collective negotiation of company employee wages" multiple times. It has become normal for monthly wages to be received on time, and there has never been a delay in payment.

We have also done outstanding work in labor security, including work clothes, work shoes, safety helmets, goggles, and gloves, which are fully equipped to ensure the safety production of employees to the greatest extent possible.

    At the beginning of summer, our union also attached great importance to and improved the dining environment for employees. We installed large fans in the welding workshop, air conditioning in the cafeteria, and provided special cabinets for meal boxes. Make the working and dining environment look brand new. We have also put forward new requirements for cafeteria meals, developed monthly menus, and supervised the cafeteria to strictly follow the menu, improving the lunch quality of employees.

    In short, trade unions demonstrate their care and love for employees by valuing their salaries, working environment, and gradually improving living details such as cafeteria meals, thereby inspiring employees to take charge of the main business and promoting stable development of the enterprise.
